This Privacy Policy explains how SLYGO handles information when you use slygo.app and related SLYGO game services. SLYGO is a browser-based multiplayer game that supports guest play, registered accounts, progression, social features and online matches.

Information we process

Depending on how you use SLYGO, we may process account information such as your email address, username and selected country; gameplay and progression information such as XP, levels, coins, achievements, owned game content and match results; social information such as friend relationships and messages; and technical information needed to operate the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, network and performance information, security events and service logs.

Guest players may use SLYGO without first creating a registered account. We may still process a guest identifier, game state and technical information needed to provide the game, protect the service and maintain supported guest progression.

How we use information

We use information to provide account login and registration, run multiplayer matches, save supported progression, operate leaderboards and social features, detect abuse or cheating, protect accounts and infrastructure, diagnose errors, improve performance, prevent fraud and enforce game rules.

Service providers

SLYGO uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the game. These may include Supabase for authentication and persistent account data, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, multiplayer hosting or networking providers for real-time gameplay, and other technical providers used to keep the service available and secure. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to deliver their services.

Advertising, Google and cookies

SLYGO may use Google advertising products, including Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads, to display advertising such as rewarded ads or ads shown at appropriate game transitions. When Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, process IP addresses or use other identifiers in connection with ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping and, where permitted, ad personalization.

Where required by applicable law, SLYGO will request consent before using cookies or local storage for advertising purposes. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising consent will be handled using a consent management solution compatible with Google's publisher requirements when Google ads are enabled.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and progression features, meet security and fraud-prevention needs, resolve disputes and comply with applicable obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose to play as a guest or register an account where those options are available. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies and site storage, although disabling required storage may affect game functionality. Advertising choices and consent options may also be offered when advertising is active in regions where they are required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SLYGO changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use of the service after an updated policy is posted is subject to the revised policy and applicable law.
