Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of slygo.app and related SLYGO game services. By using SLYGO, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Game access and accounts

SLYGO may allow guest play as well as registered accounts. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your login credentials secure. Guest progress may be temporary or subject to inactivity rules, while supported registered-account progress can be stored across sessions.

Fair play

You may not use cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, exploits, modified clients, traffic manipulation, account abuse, fraudulent reward activity or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the service. SLYGO may validate gameplay server-side and may restrict access, remove invalid rewards or take other reasonable action when abuse is detected.

Virtual coins and game content

SLYGO coins, XP, levels, cosmetic items, upgrades and other virtual game content exist only within the service unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not legal tender, do not represent a bank deposit or investment, and have no guaranteed cash value. Game balances or progression may be adjusted when necessary to correct errors, fraud, exploits or balancing issues.

Advertising and rewarded ads

SLYGO may display advertising. Some ads may be optional rewarded ads that offer virtual in-game rewards after successful completion, while other ads may appear at suitable transitions outside active gameplay. A reward is only earned when the advertising flow reports a valid completion and SLYGO's reward checks accept it. Attempts to fake ad completion or generate invalid advertising activity are prohibited.

Service availability and changes

Online games depend on browsers, networks, servers and third-party services. We work to keep SLYGO available and responsive, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, rules, rewards, matchmaking, content and technical requirements may change as the game is developed and maintained.

Player content and conduct

Where SLYGO provides usernames, messaging or social features, do not use them to harass others, impersonate people, distribute unlawful material, share malicious links or interfere with other players. We may moderate or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security or service integrity.

Limitation of service

SLYGO is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or network. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as SLYGO evolves. The effective date above will be changed when revisions are published. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
