Support & FAQ

This page covers the most common SLYGO questions and practical troubleshooting steps. SLYGO runs in a modern web browser, so device performance, browser storage and network quality can all affect the experience.

Which game modes are currently available?

SLYGO currently presents Quick Match, Private Match and Training on the Play screen. Quick Match is an online competitive race, Private Match is for registered friends, and Training is solo practice with AI worms.

Can I play without registering?

Yes. Guest play is supported for the modes marked as available to guests. Registration is required for account-only social features such as Friends, Chat and Private Match and helps protect supported progression behind a login.

Why did my match end as soon as someone died?

Quick Match and Private Match use a death-first rule. The first player to die loses immediately. If both players survive until the three-minute timer finishes, the higher score wins; equal scores are a draw.

Why did I not receive XP or Coins?

Reward rules depend on the mode and the validated result. Training has no direct XP or Coin match rewards. Private Match does not award Coins and uses a limited winner XP reward with repeat-match protection. Quick Match rewards depend on validated performance, result and eligible pickups. Forfeits, invalid activity or failed validation can prevent a reward from being settled.

What should I do if the game feels slow or laggy?

Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or another modern browser, close heavy background tabs, disable aggressive battery-saving modes and use the most stable network available. Wi-Fi quality, mobile signal, device temperature and background downloads can all increase delay or reduce frame rate.

What should I do if a page or button does not update correctly?

Reload SLYGO once and try the action again. If the browser has kept an older cached build, a normal refresh usually allows the current service worker and assets to update. Avoid repeatedly clearing all browser data unless necessary because local guest data can depend on browser storage.

How do rewarded ads work?

Rewarded ads are optional when available. A reward is credited only after the advertising flow reports a valid completion and SLYGO's own checks accept it. Availability, cooldowns and daily limits can vary. Fake completions, automation or invalid ad traffic are not allowed.

How does SLYGO handle cheating and invalid rewards?

Competitive results and reward-relevant events use trusted validation instead of accepting browser claims blindly. SLYGO can reject invalid rewards and restrict abusive activity involving modified clients, automation, traffic manipulation or other unfair methods.

Where can I read the game rules and privacy information?

The How to Play page explains current controls, combat, powers, modes and progression. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and advertising, while the Terms of Service covers accounts, fair play, virtual currency and service rules.
